Mikey passed away in his sleep in Barcelona where he had recently relocated from Amsterdam. The cause is unknown at the moment.

Biography
Mickey was the bass player for Texan punk legends The Offenders from 1978-86, he also appeared on MDC's 1982 debut album and D.R.I's influential 1985 album, "Dealing With It". Donaldson had been invited to rejoin MDC when they reformed and was to tour with the band in 2008.
