Biography
Greg Shaw was a fanzine publisher, music historian and record label owner.
He started the fanzines "Mojo-Navigator Rock & Roll New" and "Who Put The Bomp" and managed The Flamin' Groovies. He founded the legendary labels Bomp/Voxx Records which has released records by The Modern Lovers, The Sonics, Iggy Pop and Beachwood Sparks among others. He has been credited by many with coining the term "Garage Rock".
