Cause of Death
Fox was fatally struck by a car in Inglewood. He was crossing 9 Ave. S.E. at 8 St. in the middle of the block about 7 a.m. when an eastbound Dodge Caliber struck him. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries and was later taken off life support.

Biography
As a member of several bands, most recently the NIGHTSTALKERS, Fox had a passion and talent for music and always enjoyed finding someone to jam with.

Ryan's ideal day was playing a gig or jamming with his friends. He loved his guitar and was known around Calgary as a gifted musician. Whether he was on stage at one of many local venues or just on his front porch, it was impossible to ignore his presence.
